Really fast service, it's KFC and it's really fast service
I placed my order using the self-serve kiosk, but despite ordering first, several people who ordered at the counter after me received their food before I did. I ended up waiting nearly 30 minutes before I had to go up and ask about my order. The staff seemed surprised and unprepared, and I had to wait an additional 5–10 minutes after that. They didn't out the right food for my kids, and the workers were in the dining area talking with what I'm assuming is other co workers not working. It was uncomfortable
