The staff at this KFC is so busy on their phones that they can't take people's orders at the register. Not all the people that eat at KFC use the App and forcing your customers to place their own orders is stupid. Worst customer service in the cottonwood area. EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Amazing service, The lady at the front counter, Brooke worked so fast and kept a smile on her face despite the rush of people waiting in line! Will be back! Recommend!
The employees made references to my husband's weight. It was some sort of mean- girl club working. They even gave him a diet soda to top it off. Bizarre experience
Went to get some food yesterday with my wife, a cook named Jeremy was freaking out in the back and you could tell his coworkers were very unconfortable. We grabbed our order and they forgot sauce so my wife asked for it and he was disrespectful, unprofessional and very very rude. This guy should not be working in any place that deals with the public. How he is working anywhere that deals with people is beyond me. I genuinely feel bad for his coworkers as he was just as disrespectful to them as he was to everyone else.
This place got great service, yo the girl Brooke awesome so nice. We did come in on a slow day but still she was working hard, great service.
