Ordered the famous bowl and a side of Mac n cheese. Chicken in the bowl was burnt and SUPER dry even with the gravy and potatoes. Mac n cheese at KFC has clearly changed since I last had it, it tasted like nothing and the noodles were basically mush.
We went to go get dinner and I ordered fries they forgot to give them to me . So I went back in and the ones they did give me were old and cold … I was really disappointed this location is not good .
Worst. Service. EVER. I wanted to order the free bucket as advertised. I specifically added it to my order and placed enough to cover the $15+ spending to get the promotion. They said they didn't have it on their order board. And to top it all off, Manny, the manager decides to be a real smart alec with me instead of assisting me using the excuse because I placed the order via the app, they couldn't help me. No worries. Chicken was a bit soggy but the biscuit & coleslaw were good! Fast & friendly service 😊
