Initially I was going to leave a one star review after a couple bad experiences a couple months ago. Basically I have learned that the day crew is cooler than the night crew. The day crew is nice and food has been amazing last couple times. The night crew inside window person has been rude a couple different times. I’m not one to complain ever and seeing other reviews I see it’s common. The daytime crew tho gets 5/5
Worst service ever, manager throws food at customers for her mess up, always forgets something from your order and is so old and hard as a rock every time. Don’t come here
They only offer carry out. I ordered a 3pc tenders box but it only came w 2 pieces. Actually 1 cuz it looked like a regular size tender that was cut in half. I was so mad I reached out to corporate & sent pictures. All they did was send me coupons & a free 3pc meal coupon. I didn't redeem them at this place tho. Go to any KFC except this 1.
When you order, they ask if you want original or spicy chicken? I said original. I get SPICY. They never ever have the original chicken, why even open? Also their pop machine don't taste fresh.
It’s been a couple times I ordered from here and they ALWAYS forget something from my order. Customer service is horrible. They argue with customers. Today was my last time ordering from here. There is no accountability from the workers here and they do not care. Save y’all money and go to a different location.
