Most of the people who work the register here really hinder the whole experience. They take a ridiculously long time, I witnessed the Frontline worker (Kayden)take the customers money, go get change, then wait 3 more minutes only to tell the customer they didn't have what they ordered. I waited 15 minutes with only ones customer ahead of me, just to order. disgusting place, food with hair and inattentive service, in addition to the shouting they were doing inside the establishment with loud music.
The inside was dirty. Garbage was full. No paper towels in bathroom. Service was slow. Food was lukewarm. Ordered 6 pieces of wings only had 5.
