Worst experience ever. I placed an online order one evening. When I went to pick it up, the doors were already locked. Note, the store did not close for another 40 minutes. I drove around to the drive thru. When I approached, the back door was standing open and several employees were hanging out just around the door. One employee came out, but didn't acknowledge me and continued walking around the building. Still, I had to wait a few minutes for someone to come to the speaker. I would not go to this location. I’ve been here on multiple occasions. The food is never right. You order a burger and the buns are soggy and and it’s undercooked and then you also half a time I have to sit there for 15 minutes to wait for somebody to come take your order in a drive-through when there’s no one ahead of you. I don’t know if the place is understaffed or what overall this KFC is absolutely terrible service food everything. This location is a joke.
We ordered doordash but have to compliment the restaurant on food quality. Everything was hot, fresh and cooked to perfection. It was a larger order with a variety of menu items and everyone's experience was the same!
They can't get the order right Gave me 2 pieces of chicken for 3 pieces meal
