A few things. I got the chicken little meal. And I left with hard bread on my sandwiches. I was about to leave a really bad review because I was hangrey (not going to lie) but the angel of a manager (she had red hair) she took care of my order and gave me an extra chicken little!! I travel for work so I’m staying in a nearby hotel. I was happy to see one of my favorite restaurants in the area. After going through drive thru & getting back to my room. I noticed my order wasn’t pleasant. I took my order back so they can correct the mistake. I was super respectful and friendly. The customer service I received back from April was mind blowing. I usually come in a few times a week staff is always friendly , food come pretty fast always fresh ! I love KFC.
First, place is clean at least. Second, the staff is KINDA good. My food came quickly enough but the guys at the register were pretty slow on figuring out how to put my order into the register. Last comes the food. The chicken strips (I got the Nashville hot) were cold and rubbery. The only redeeming factor was the sauce. The fries that came with it were cold and old.
