Every single time I come to this location I ask for ranch and every single time you guys forget. Dude it's not hard people want dipping sauce for their tenders. Do better.
We needed a quick meal after a long day. I ordered the Family bucket, which was expensive. I ordered original and the crust was not done, it was soggy. The chicken had no flavor. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes instead of fresh and was almost a watery consistency. It was the worst meal I’ve ever had for $32!! We will NEVER go back. I’m surprised KFC is still in business.
We picked up our lunch order, we were assured that everything was in the bag. We were foolish to believe them! 20 minutes later here we are trying to eat without forks or spoons. No honey for the biscuits, no salt, no napkins. Called the store and they were rude and uncooperative. Never again!
