KFC, as a whole, don't hold the same same standards of customer service as originally. Food was decent, service was good, and atmosphere was pleasant. Plus the place was clean.

Was a terrible time, stuck in line for 40 minutes to be forgotten in the drive thru, manager gave excuse that understaffed but still taking orders and filling people's around other customers. Filled a customer's order just to have him leave because a woman who was sitting in line for near an hour wanted her money back and he was being supportive. The manager gave every excuse not to refund her. Just a very disappointing experience. Be better KFC. Food was cold and soggy.

The staff were arguing!! I mean screaming at each other. The front counter lady left and went outside to yell at another employee, who was apparently on break, to come in and help. Allegedly from what I gathered there were only 2 employees in the entire store. 3 once the other girl came back in. Definitely not enough people to cook, take orders, do drive thru, front counter, bag food, and keep the space clean. Much better than last time. Staff were super sweet. Food was good just doesn't seem t like the good old days!
