Stopped by KFC and honestly had a pretty solid experience. I grabbed a 3-piece chicken meal with mashed potatoes, a biscuit, and some fries, and everything came out hot and fresh. The chicken had a nice crispy coating and was still juicy inside, and the seasoning had plenty of flavor without being too much. I was at 6301 Coit Rd location placed an order 4pc meal with extra Mac and cheese and lemonade to drink. I got home NO Mac and cheese . BUT I was charged for it. Lemonade tasted like water with a slight lemon. The man taking the drive-thru order asked me for my order 3 times. I felt like I was yelling. He did not recap the order AT ALL. Dr pepper was flat. Chicken strips were soggy. Fries were soggy. Didn't give me the sauces I requested.
This must be the absolute dirtiest KFC I have ever been too. The dinning area was a complete mess, food, trash all over the sitting area. Tables were dirty with left over food. My wings were over cooked, and the selected pieces of couldn't even eat. All the while the two employees were just sitting behind the counter on there phones. The wings had way too much coating/breading. They were overcooked and there was no meat on them . I went through the drive thru so I didn’t notice the poor quality until I got home. Never again!!
