The food wasn't fresh the biscuits and wedges was hard then you have a bunch of young teenagers who don't take pride in their work poor customer service and terrible food
I have made two visits to the KFC in the last week. Not by MY choice. Unfortunately, my dad likes the chicken pot pies. Both times we’ve come in it’s been the same “manager” in the building. Takes no less than 5 minutes to get waited on. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, service is terrible. Last time we came there was no sweet or unsweet tea and they had no plans of making any.
