PSA: DO NOT ORDER KFC THROUGH ONLINE OR MOBILE APP. This goes for any location, not just this one, but this is the location in which this issue happened. After placing an order on the KFC mobile app for 4 items, I was told upon arrival that half of the items were out of stock. I then said to just forget the entire thing and just issue a refund. It has been 3 WEEKS since this has happened, and I still don't have a refund. I have called KFC "Customer service" multiple times and always get told that my case needs to be escalate... read more
Not impressed by their $7 fill ups. Most of my tenders tasted so hard and cartlidgey. The mash potatoes were okay, the imitation canes sauce was better than the KFC sauce. The apple pie poppers were mid. Only in cleburne do you hear about people's marital problems while their preparing food.
Katelynn was absolutely perfection as far as customer service and Hometown friendliness and the place could’ve been a little bit cleaner, but the food was great and exactly what we wanted and asked for
This is the second time we attempt to get chiken. When we pull to the drive through they tell us they are out of chiken….how are you a fried chiken fast food place and not have chiken!! This was 3pm on Saturday!!
A lot better experience I had at this place than two months ago food was hot and service was excellent so I don't know what the manager did it it's the same one from two months ago but I enjoyed it
