This place is crazy slow and extremely hot. Went in to pick up an order and I was literally sweating. Total people in the back were 3 and 2 of the guys were loudly talking about sleeping with some girl and that's putting it mildly. It was extremely immature and inappropriate.
They suck they take forever and they have really bad customer service I don’t recommend it
First I must praise young man working today. He was on it working both drive through and front cashier while a young girl just walked around. They were out of alot of things, plates being one. I hated the young man had to apologizing for being out of stuff when clearly falls on management. He shouldn't have to apologize. We visited @ 5:30pm on a Wednesday. Management do better.
Alan (hope I'm spelling that right) was so sweet and professional. I ordered from a third party that screwed up my order leaving two people without their meal and he immediately had solutions to resolve the situation. I am grateful that he turned what could have been a bad experience around and saved the day! Give that man a raise!
I ordered a mini bucket and the portion was not enough to fill up 1 person. It was a bummer to look at at.
