Associates at this location tried to gaslight me and say they have never done spicy famous bowls AFTER I came inside because I originally asked for it in the drive-thru. Noticed the sauce I asked for in a cup for the spicy famous bowl wasn't in my bag, waited an extra few minutes to get the associates attention but they NEVER came back so I went inside just to be gaslighted and told to grab packets of hot sauce. As if that were the same thing.
The food tasted okay, but this place was absolutely filthy inside. Spider webs everywhere, non of the tables were clean, the bathroom was disgusting and the employees just standing around being lazy. The health department needs to make a stop here, this is unacceptable.
