I stopped going to the KFC on South Hamilton because the fry oil was old. All you could taste was burnt oil. And now Pickerington. I just picked up 2 big boxes and you can tell the chicken was from last shift. Semi dry and skin dry and over cooked. Just awful. The mashed potatoes and gravy wasn't much better. The only thing edible was the coleslaw and biscuit. I bought two big boxes. I will have to toss the other out. I won't be back again. I'm trying to call to speak to the manager AND NOBODY WILL PICK UP THE PHONE!
I went thru the drive thru where the young lady... which seem like it was her first day. Here is my experience: I ask for a mountain dew, she said you want apple juice. I ask for the new hot wings. She ask me three times if I wanted a combo, then when I got my food, they only gave me chicken, 4 pieces for 11.00. When I got home, I called the location and they never answered the phone just kept hanging up. Lord help our youth today, they dont listen or comprehend, not all, but most working the drive thru and registers.
