Every time I visited it’s clean and the food is always fresh and delicious. People are friendly and professional.
Ordered online. Picked up in person. Missing items and subpar quality (chicken covered in grease, tasted like old oil). Returned to store, found out they cannot or will not refund in store for online orders. Tried to contact KFC via website helpline email. No response in 2 days. Had to cancel transaction with my financial institution. The staff was professional, but the food and result were disappointing.
I only ever get coleslaw because the chicken is terrible but the coleslaw is fabulous😄
