The drive through road and parking lot is full of deep pot holes… fix it! The chicken looked like it has been sitting for quite awhile. Time to shut the place down and redo the whole place.
We went through the drive thru for 2 classic chicken sandwiches this afternoon around 3pm. The guy was so high his eyes weren't even open. Our sandwiches had zero mayo and zero pickle. Just a bun and a piece of crispy chicken😂!!!!!
So many things went wrong 1: took forever 2: forgot sauces 3: soda was flat (literally no bubbles) food was old 4: HAIR IN FOOD (it was short and blonde) And on top of that, they upgraded all the sides to larges without asking. That was like 6 extra dollars for sides we couldn't even eat anyway. Yall cannot be doing that to people. Not only did they scam us, the food wasn't even edible.
I can say for sure I will not be going back to this KFC. Nor do I recommend anyone else too. In my opinion it would be better off to be closed and a chic fil a bought and built there. My experience last night was horrible. I had put in an online order. Once there still waited an additional 10 minutes for it. While waiting I could see there was only two crew members visible.
