I can say for sure I will not be going back to this KFC. Nor do I recommend anyone else too. In my opinion it would be better off to be closed and a chic fil a bought and built there. My experience last night was horrible. I had put in an online order. Once there still waited an additional 10 minutes for it. While waiting I could see there was only two crew members visible. I ordered my food online so I could get a small discount when I walked into this establishment to pick up my food it was disgusting Phil everywhere the tables weren't clean from the night before the floors were not clean there was food and garbage all over the floor in the kitchen they had no coleslaw they had no napkins lot of excuses nothing else to go with it had I known that there was no manager on duty when I came in I would not have ordered my food from this establishment the windows looked like it was an empty homeles... read more

Pulled up to the drive through and waited 10 minutes. No one spoke. Called inside. The guy said they were running late, wouldn't be open for another 15 minutes, the cook was late. Told him all I needed was a side of coleslaw. No cook needed. He said "the longer I'm on the phone, the later I'll be opening" and hung up.

I want to file a complaint about this KFC. The manager was extremely rude. I tried to buy 8 pieces of chicken breast, and he bluntly said “No!” He then told me I would have to wait 30 minutes or more, and his tone was very disrespectful. Because of this experience, I will never come back here again. No wonder this location is always empty.
