I went in there to ask for 8 piece drums and thighs. The man who works there does not know how to explain himself or speak clearly. I was not asking for $10 special. I was only asking for the chicken that I don’t want the sides. I didn’t care the price that I would pay the $20…they could keep the sides and biscuits because I don’t eat the other stuff. Please learn to comprehend and speak proper English.

We want to eat in the store! Bring an iPad! The staff told me that there is no wifi! Obviously, it shows two 🆓wifi! Did you deliberately refuse to use it for me?! It shows free wifi! I'm so angry 😡 There are two chicken legs in the picture, but in fact there are none! （ Three chicken nuggets, two small chicken wings, very small ）But the kind waitress has been changed! The food here is always delicious and fresh. This is the best kfc I’ve been to. The service is fast and the ladies are great and very hard working.

This was my third time visiting this location, and unfortunately, my experience today was completely unacceptable. I have never encountered a cashier who was so rude, condescending, and disrespectful toward a customer. I asked for a simple modification, and instead of handling it normally, she repeatedly lectured me about how she was “doing me a favor” and how I was wasting her time.
