The drive thru cashier needs to work on his customer service skills. He was very rude.
All the time speacilly on weekends after 7pm they dont got fried chicken. And they take for ever to answer the drive tru!
Friendly service but chicken was ok, it was a little crispier than usual for original but freshly cooked. Nothing bad but just ok for fast food.
Around 9pm on 8/27, I was attempting to order and this unprofessional lady had a distasteful attitude when I was asking a simple request. She stated that there was no more chicken. This is chicken place why don’t you people have anymore chicken. On top of that, this food has been lackluster for the past few months. Whoever is in that kitchen needs to have extra training and that same lady needs to get better with customer service skills because it’s crystal clear that she lacks it.
The dining room was closed at 6:30 pm and the drive thru took 35 minutes to get through. I didn't receive my coleslaw with my chicken meal and the chicken was over cooked.
