Food is pretty good, but dang, they just take forever. Need to hire more people. It's not the employees fault. They are working very hard.

I’m not a person to write reviews, but after my third visit to KFC at Mooresville I feel I should say something. The service is so poor. Those putting the food together yell and scream at the person working the window and the atmosphere is scary. The stress is so obvious. They throw the bags of food when completed with bad actitudes. My orders have been wrong all of the time and this last intent I was told there was no original after I had paid $35.00 and was waiting in my car for 5 mins or more. The new $7 box meal is very delicious, however I would appreciate if the manager would follow up on safety protocols with changing gloves and hand washing. I watched her handle money then turn around and handle food. I politely reminded her to change her gloves incase she had forgotten. She was kind and did change her gloves and thanked me. 🙏🏻😊
