Really need to do something about this horrible horrible place.. I have gone to this place twice in the last 2 weeks and they say the same thing welcome, we are out of chicken .. This is ridiculous because it's also happened in the past as well . SOMETHING NEEDS IMPROVEMENT, THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
I placed a to go order from inside the store. What I ordered was opposite what I received. But when I called back to inform the Mgr of potential future problems, the oriental "mgr" accused me of attitude. The cashier was polite and professional. I was only giving her a heads up. I WON'T BE BACK. Bush's is right next door.
Dumbfounded at how poor of an experience this was. When I walked in, there was a 4-5 year old child of an employee literally standing on the counter where you order and where your food sits when it’s ready. The employee could not hold attention for more than 3 second spans while I was attempting to order and then forgot food in my order when it was done. Food was decent, but was an overall terrible experience
Very slow service. Store was out of stock on several menu items.
No napkins, no sour cream, no mash potatoes, no nacho cheese. Lot of workers but not a lot of food.
