I came in here earlier with my girlfriend to order some food, and let’s just be honest. The service was lackluster. There was flies flying around everywhere in the lobby and it took forever to get food that seemingly tasted old the soda machines ice don’t work everything tasted flat and when you go sit Down to eat it doesn’t look like anyone’s even bothered to clean the tables or the lobby let alone the bathrooms. Use to love this location but they have gone down hill. Came today and the soda machine is flat. Worker insisted they just changed it and there is fizz. Chicken snackers were drowned in mayo and the chicken was not fresh, neither were the nuggets or fries. I would avoid this location. Also flies flying around everywhere in the lobby. Lobby was disgusting. Trash everywhere. Not a clean table at all. Bathrooms were not cleaned either.

Food was great, definitely up to KFC standard, but when you enter a store and can't even find an employee in the store for nearly 15 minutes let alone be greeted by them it's a little off setting. I'll be back because I love the food, but wanted to share a poor experience.
