20min for wrong order and finally got right one.. well ended up with 5 fries
Horrible experience! Waited at the counter over 15 minutes before anyone took my order or acknowledged me. Manager was berating the employees very loudly as being incompetent. I asked if there was a managers special and she replied no but I could order the 7 dollar special. The cashier said we don't do that here we are a franchise. I ordered the 7 dollar meal and it was as followed: biscuit was undercooked slightly raw, original chicken looked and tast different from what I've been eating over my many years. They were out of everything or it had not been cooked. They gave you no salt and pepper or napkins. And for the order I placed They forgot my cole slaw had to turn around to request it.
