Dropping another star. I like KFC but it just keeps getting worse at this location. I usually get the same thing and I just paid $5 more I'm pretty sure because someone doesn't know how to do their job. The price keeps going up and quality and quantity keep going down. It's like they want the place to close down and have no business.
Have been here 3 times withing the last 2 months. I order the 12 piece family meal and every time I have been shorted couple of pieces. The last visit was today and I only got 10 of the smaller pieces (legs and wings). I've always gone through the drive thru and the employees seems not to be able to hear. They never give out a receipt so I have to ask every time. This place is not customer friendly and never get their orders right based on many other reviews. 3 piece tender with side and biscuit is less than you get in a famous bowl for more than double the price. Should not be called tenders but chicken fingers.
Food was good, got order completely wrong. Parking lot has car eater pot holes.
Like I said before they cut back on the herbs and spices. But still good nevertheless
