Been waiting outside for a half hour. Was not told at the window there would be any sort of wait. You can see in the window workers standing around doing nothing with 4+ cars waiting for their food outside.
I ordered a famous bowl. Waited for over 45 minutes. No good service whatsoever.
Burley’s KFC does a special on Tuesdays. You would think they have chicken available for that special ESPECIALLY during dinner hours between 5-6:30 when they’ll get the most service. I arrived shortly before 6, they told me it would be a 20-25 minute wait and I was okay with that, I told them I’d wait out front. 40 minutes later after not receiving my food I went in to ask.
