Ordered on the mobile app, showed up to pick my food up and was told they are out of food to fulfill my order. For a business that only makes food…that is nonsense
Drive through experience was terrible. Employee working the drive through was very irritated about something, but treated us rudely, very impatient and just plain nasty attitude. Probably won't go again. This was this past Sunday evening around 7 or so.
Always have to call back for missing items. Always the manager gets prissy on the phone and makes you go back same day of issue regardless of distance to travel back to store. Poor managment!!! 0/10 the rest of staff are great you just have terrible managers here who need to be mandated to go to people person skills classes. They are a shame on the KFC brand! And a retraining is needed for them to understand when I spend over 60$ at your store I expect everything I order not a partial order!
The coworkers are very sweet, friendly, they treat everyone like family. I never had a bad experience when I went to KFC. They are very well priced and the food is always fresh and taste so yummy. Thr fry cooks are amazing. They yall go behave and beyond. I would required KFC to everyone. The manager that runs the place does amazing job on keeping the place clean.
Stopped on our way back from kc it seemed on par with most kfc's lately
