I went thru the drive thru and business was as usual. Placed a simple order for a 7 piece mash meal with fries. Paid and was told to wait in front for a few mins because they were waiting on the fries. 45 mins later the fries weren't ready. I stopped an employee by the front door and asked about order. He said another 10 mins. I asked for a refund and he told me to go thru the drive thru again.
