If I need cook to order fries I need cook to order fries I'm traveling had to stop after spending 55$ to get better fries at McDonald's and then you all leave out forks on my bowls when we visit every year it sucks when you can't get the food right I'll make sure to try once more but next time I'll just dump all the food in the restroom like honestly how can you not do the job correctly
Had a $50 order. No napkins or silverware and we are traveling across the country.

I gave this 1 star only because the Manager was very nice and said she would accomodated me with some food vouchers (it should be zero stars). I totally understand that cockroaches are everywhere in restaurants and it's probably a battle to completely rid themselves of the nasty critters. I ordered a chicken sandwich (drive-through) and brought it home to eat. However, upon eating the last bite of my sandwich, I looked inside the bag and saw a LIVE cockroach.
