This place SUCKS they can’t get an order right they just throw whatever they have sitting there ask for a breast get a thigh how hard is it and wanted extra crispy got original I’m done with them
Ordered on the mobile app got inside to pick up food, got my food went to grab honey, and the lady tells me everything is in the bag, I told her I was grabbing honey for the biscuits because the last few times I had went they didn't have butter or honey in the bag and the lady just kept being rude about it, very rude and disrespectful, have never had an experience like this going here
Food was gross usually not to bad but this time it was horrible place is gross employee has there kid sitting in the dining room all day it was slow when I got there employees didn't clean any tables just mess everywhere defiantly wont ever be coming back place needs to get cleaned up and new employees that actually care about life very horrible environment this is for the kfc in hastings mn
You order and pay online but have to wait in line at the cashier who then prints your receipt and then they start preparing your order. 1 hour waiting in total
