The Chicken Pot Pie is sooooo Good! The Chicken at this location is always fresh and the staff is always soo friendly and helpful! I love this location. Great Staff and Great food, does NOT get better than that. The best customer service I had at KFC.
I recently visited KFC and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The service was very slow, and I had to wait much longer than expected just to place and receive my order. Even when the food finally arrived, it wasn’t up to standard—the taste felt off. The long wait time made the overall experience worse, especially when the quality of the food didn’t make up for it. My friend and I wanted to eat something, but the girl at the cash register was very rude because she assumed we were only going to use the restroom and not order any food. Because of her poor attitude and lack of courtesy, we decided not to eat there. This just happened a few minutes ago.
