Very fast service! Food was very fresh and lobby was spotless.
Staffs are totally slow and rude. I’ve been waiting 10-15 mins more than pick up time but staff never say sorry for the inconvenience. Just go to another KFC store.
Employees ignored the inside front counter. I kept saying is anyone here? Then when I saw someone I asked if we needed to go through the drive through and that person said no you can use the kiosk if you are paying with a card or the front counter if paying with cash. I still had to wait an unexveptional time to place my order at the front counter and it was not that busy. Service at the front counter needs to be better, quicker.
