Arely took the time to explain the menu specials. KFC is still reasonably priced in todays world.
Haven’t visited KFC in a while so I thought it would be a good idea. I was limited on time so I thought this would be a good option for a quick meal. I ordered the two piece box with thigh and leg. Asked to substitute the leg to a thigh, and informed them I’d be willing to pay more for the substitution. They weren’t having it. I don’t know why they couldn’t find a solution to charge me more or suggest a different box option. They just keep saying no, it can’t be done. No changes, no substitutions.
