On our visit to the KFC on Washington Way in Longview, Washington, we arrived at approximately 6:31 p.m. and experienced extremely poor customer service. It took 11 minutes before anyone took our order, despite there being only one customer ahead of us (a DoorDash driver). Typical KFC, expect they forgot the butter, honey and silverware.
Paid for an order online and manager refused to give it to us unless paid for again. Even had the order number and email to prove it was paid for already. Will never go back.
Bought 8 pc tenders and a 5 pc tender meal. Our tenders were hard and very chewy. The worst meal I have ever gotten in 45 yrs I have going to KFC. I live an hour+ away and they want me drive back. I don't think so. We will not be going back.
