let's just say the employees they do not like their job. One customer got their food and asked for salt three times and was completely ignored. I'm standing at the Front counter while the girl walks past me three times, I shout out. I have that personal order right there that I can't reach. Food was good as expected. However, we had a very concerning experience with the bathroom. My husband used the restroom and when he leaned slightly forward, the entire toilet shifted and leaned with him, causing him to hurt himself. It appeared unstable, possibly rusted underneath, and not properly bolted down. When we informed the staff, the response was simply, “Oh okay, we’ll let management know.” No one seemed concerned until my husband specifically asked them to come look at it themselves to show how unsafe it was. Food quality has gone down a lot over the years. Chicken is very greasy now. Instant mashed potatoes VERY EXPENSIVE!! $50+ for 2 people to eat fast food! Ridiculous!
