I have gone to this KFC for pickup orders three times in the last year. The restaurant is usually empty and there usually are 2-3 employees working. I try to arrive for the estimated time given by the website, but I usually have to wait for another five minutes, one time I had to wait for ten as they had not started the order yet. The food is good, but every single time I get home with the order, we have not gotten the extra biscuits we ordered. Food is great, IMO. Pretty standard for KFC, and I know some folks will shout praise about Popeyes being better, but I think KFC's Extra Crispy is really good. Just say no to Original Recipe. 🙃 Inside is very nicely decorated, and always clean. Photo attached of the main counter area. My girlfriend and I had went through the drive thru, ordered a family meal and the food was the best!! It's been a long time since we got KFC, we were impressed!!
Terrible place to get fast food. No people in line 2 different employees told me to hang on a minute 10 minutes later finally took my order. Got to the window paid she didn't have enough change took another 5 minutes to get my change.then I get home and they had my orders messed up. Unbelievable missing food. I will never return again. KFC you lost my business. The employee's don't deserve to get paid what they get now a days.
