The young lady on the speaker was clearly having a bad day, you can clearly hear the pure irritation in her voice, I hope this was an isolated incident….hopefully she was acting out of character because the service was terrible…. &The food was just as bad as her attitude….
Lobby closed at 7pm on a Friday night! Had to go through the drive thru. Young lady taking the orders extremely rude¡ We got to the pick up window and told her we couldn't understand her because the speaker wasn't clear. She argued with us. Very nasty!!! Will not be returning. Maybe hire better humans.
Did not get a complete order delivered by Door Dash and KFC claims they don’t give refund. Said I would have to contact Door Dash for a refund. Doesn’t make sense! Door Dash just delivered the order. They did not prepare the order. Poor way to do business.
