Slow service and I mean really slow service!!!!
Always loved KFC so was very disappointed. Chicken pink inside. Afraid to return. No customer service here. Where do these people come from. Cashier kept complaining about a drive thru customer saying “if he asks me one more stupid question”. And the other employees laughing. Who knows who the manager was. Wow would you return your pink chicken?
I live not even a mile from the KFC on Clark, and i would still rather Walk... to 117th location to enjoy KFC. Food is always fresh and as ordered. Thank you!!
usually the service is so nice!! i’ve actually praised them for it many times. whoever was on the speaker today greeted me with a “what do you want” i told her my order and she interrupted me with “OKAY WHAT ELSE” i asked if she heard my drink and she said “I SAID OKAY DIDNT I??” i pulled off immediately. get a different job if you don’t want to deal with customers.
