I just went there this evening for my dinner. I was the only customer at the time I walked in, more people arrived as I waited almost 45 minutes for my order. The staff was rude, and very unfriendly. 5 minutes before my order was ready I was told that there wasn’t any chicken breast, and would receive a thigh instead, which was fine. I just wanted ti take this time to write a review about my experience at kfc last night. I went to kfc on heckle blvd last night and i was having a bad day until i went to get my drink and i spilled it the young men Chandler immediately got me plenty of napkins and made me abother one he was very polite and made me feel welcomed, he even walked my fiod out to me after a long day.
Got to this location at 18:00 took 15min to get to the order speaker. Then another 10 waiting to be asked what was wanted. Rude workers, no hospitality, no welcome, nothing. Highly recommend going anywhere but that location, unless you fancy sitting in line. Love the waste of time 👌
