Food was cold and disgusting. I wasted of my money. We had to pull up and waut for over 10 minutes. No ice in drinks. Rude staff. Sauces were wrong. Don't eat here unless you want to be disappointed. Thr employees know they wouldn't eat the mess thry gave us and should be reprimanded for poor quality food and service.
ITS SO BAD I HAD A MOBILE ORDER SET FOR 4 pm and made it at 12 and tell me why i get there and they say it’s going to be 20 mins and then ts was another 10 and all the workers are like children that’s not a business at all id steer clear from this joint this place ain’t worth nun that chicken
I called a order in and when I get there they are telling me that they gave the order away meantime everybody standing around laughing and talking I had to wait 14 minutes on somebody to say can I help you meanwhile no one's in line nobody's at the drive-thru KFC need to get people that want to work and not just come to work instead of waiting to see if someone else is going to assist customers this happen every time I come to KFC on Ebenezer it don't make sense
