Ordered in app. When I arrived they said it would be 5 minutes. It took 15. I ordered milk with the kid's meal and received lemonade. They said they don't have milk. Perhaps the worst experience I have ever had at KFC. I can't imagine KFC staying in business much longer, the service is so bad.
Never ordering online from this place again! The staff don't know who's order is what and the manager was right there, just as clueless as can be with them. Waited over 30 minutes to receive cold, nasty food. Had to go back in because half of my food was missing and they remedied it with old, not fresh chicken. Do Not eat at this location unless you want to get sick. I opted for a full refund and gave them their garbage food back.
Waited nearly 44 mins and missing half my order. Never coming here again ever. Food was cold.
