I was so excited to get KFC as I had not in a while! I ordered a box combo to go and when I opened the sandwich there was a long HAIR in it… There was also a guy standing outside the front door asking people if they wanted to buy illegal substances.
This is the absolute worst KFC we've ever had and will never go back. The staff was absolutely RUDE. Asked for a 12 piece bucket (4/4/4/4 as seen on receipt). Watched them fill the bucket with drums and thighs. Told them we wanted breasts and wings not just only drums and thighs. She said the white meat was on the bottom. Got home and not only was it a soggy mess but we had 1 BREAST and 1 WING and the rest was drums and thighs. We paid $28.34 for 12 pieces that we couldn't eat.
