If I could give a zero i would. I come here all the time however today was not a good experience. I wanted to ajust my meal just a little and every response was we don't have a button for that. Had to wait 20 min for fresh chicken after not accepting the old they tried to give me. What happened to customer service. I wasn't asking for to much I was spending money I just wanted what I wanted. Is that to much to ask for?
This is the worst KFC I've visited. First, the young lady at the counter seems to not understand how to take your food order and greet customers as they come in because she just stood there and stared at me until I told her I had placed an online order and here to pick it up. My order was to be ready in 15 minutes, so I was there in 20 cause things can happen. Why does it take 35 min to make chicken when that’s all you make…. And no one in line.
Dirty lobby cockroach in the floor. No ice but charged us for drinks no apology just nasty
