Marcus was very kind when I went to go buy the new Supergirl/Krypto bucket. He even gave me some free keychain/ action figures!! Also took my picture for upselling the bucket and made sure I liked the photo first! Very good people at this location!! I love my bucket and keychains!
This KFC needs to learn customer service in the drive thru. And not rushing people when they come order. We will not be coming back to the millington location worst experience ever we just told them nevermind at the window.
Came at 4 something to get a 12 spicy wings I was given old wings that has been sitting here looks like all evening I asked for my food to be dropped fresh they brought 6 out instead of 12 Idk what they problem is But this is a mess I’m done coming here If they don’t wanna work don’t clock in 🙄

My first bad experience with this place was last week. I ordered a 2-pc extra crispy meal with an extra biscuit and when I got home, I realized the chicken was original and the extra biscuit was not with my order. Fine... Maybe they were just busy. I decided to give them another chance and stopped by last night for dinner. This time I got a 3-piece extra crispy meal with an extra biscuit. This time my order was right, but I've been sick ever since I ate it. It's safe to say I will NEVER buy from this location again.
