You’ll get what you expect from fast food drive-through workers. I hate to say that because I truly believe that anybody with a job is important but the amount of times that I have been screwed by this and many other KFC locations for their lack of taking orders properly whether from going to the drive-thru myself and especially ordering through Uber Eats it’s infuriating. Like someone else said, they do what they want here. This place used to have well-cooked chicken, but now it’s hit or miss. Tonight, I ordered a Wings & Wedges box on Ubereats. It was supposed to include 12 nuggets, and they sent the box without the nuggets. It seems they didn’t have any and just sent it without. There’s no way they missed that large empty section in the box. They can also do much better with the hot wings. They've often been soft and undercooked.
