Pulled into KFC around 6pm through Drive thru because their lobby is closed. After waiting on hold for 4 to 5 minutes the employee answers the speaker , I order a 12 piece meal and she told me they are out of chicken, unless I want to wait 25 minutes. I decided to wait. This whole time by the druve thru speaker, waiting to order and ordering there were children running in and out thr bavk door, as well as some adults coming out with food. Store must be struggling since there hasn't been any pot pies available the last three times I went there. Might as well take it off the menu if theyre gone by 3pm and you don't close until 9pm. One of the days I got there at 12 noon on a Saturday, sorry no pot pies until Monday. At least the service is nice, how about corporate increase their pay so their turn over isn't 100 new employees every two weeks.

Whoever it was that took my order needs to pay attention to what the order is being said to them. I was given mash potatoes and gravy instead of the mac and cheese, which I ordered. When my order was bought to me, they had it on a tray instead of to go like I asked for. Then, they placed two separate meal orders into one box instead of two separate boxes. On top of it all, I was short-changed two chicken tenders.
