This place is a hot mess! Rude! And how are you out of chicken at 7pm on Friday? You don't close till 10pm!!!!
If you can’t do your job don’t work there! Simple as that! Ask for certain things and they just don’t care! Worst experience of my life! I’ve been going to this location for as long as I can remember! 15 minute wait time for a famous bowl!!! Edit tried it one more time. Will not come back. They told me two minutes at the window. I’ve sat for ten!
The chicken legs were hard and dry. I ordered a 16-piece family meal at 11:15 am. You would think it would be fresh. To my suprise it was $52. Drive thru.
If I could give a 0 I would I went to get dinner at 7pm I wanted a 8 pice dark chrispy they said they only have 6 chrispy and 2 non chrispy so I settle for that I didn’t look at my food before I got home. Maybe I should have but when I did get home, I looked and there were 6 regular dark pieces of chicken and two breast. I asked for dark meat. They gave me a bowl of mashed potatoes with no gravy and everything was cold. It was 7 PM. They don’t close until 11 PM. Why couldn’t they just make more chicken? sweet tea tasted real... read more
