Whoever was at the drive through window on March 4, 2025 around 5pm EST, she was extremely unprofessional, very impatient, very as a matter of fact, and very short with answers, also left straws and sauces out of the order. Not what a customer wants to have to deal with after a long day of work.
I was ordering dinner in the drive-thru around 6pm today. Right of the bat, I received no greeting and the woman taking my order kept cutting me off while I was talking and interrupting me before I could finish explaining what I wanted. When I tried to order a side of fries for a menu item, for whatever reason that was not allowed and she kept cutting me off instead of offering to substitute fries for mashed potatoes.
