I haven’t been inside a KFC to dine in ages. My husband, mother-in-law, and I went to the La Grange location and had a wonderful experience! The dining room was beautifully remodeled and clean. The young lady working the counter (the one with the pink eyebrows) was so kind and helpful. The food was great! We were pleasantly surprised!
So I place an online order. I wait 20 minutes or so to pick it up. The app says it's ready. I go in, and they say they are waiting on fresh crispy chicken. I sit down. Then I'm informed that it'll be 13 more minutes. I ask to cancel and they say they can't. I call customer service, in what seems to be a foreign land, and they also claim to not be able to cancel the order. Never ever go to this KFC. THEY STOLE MY $30.
