On our way home, on a long ride back to North Jersey, I went to the drive thru at restaurant #J130035 with my two children. I ordered and the girl on the other end was very pleasant and patient. I paid and got our food and parked to eat. My daughter did not get any utensils to eat her mac & cheese and there were no napkins in the bag nor was there any honey and jelly that I asked for. $10 Tuesday they give you the worst pieces. Old over cooked dried up small chicken.

Terrible service and wait time is actually outrageous. Waited an hr for food and 30 minutes to order.

ordered online 45 minutes in advance only to be told that they were out of chicken , waited in to go parking for 15 minutes,ignored, got someone's attention and told still not ready, told them to cancel and credit the amount. Filled out survey which I got right away, no response, called customer service, unhelpful and asked to talk to management. Still no response or refund after two weeks. Being a restaurant manager for 40 years by far the worst response, no wonder the service in the stores mirror the company. Sucks.
