Slow at customer service! Dirty kitchen! Will never come back! You get ther type of service in kitchen you pay for! If up to me everyone would be fired. Team there can't even multi- task and do multiple things at one time.
They took 40 minutes for a 2 piece and couldn’t cancel the order. Told me to contact DoorDash when I ordered through them.
This location does not know how to provide customer service. Always a bad experience. Ordered food through the app today and had to wait 30 mins after my order was ready just to have it handed to me. Total mess. Food cold of course and drinks were nothing but water. I would have left but I had to pay for my order on the app. My last experience through this same store’s drive through I was told they had no chicken. I thought it was a joke but totally true. And the staff is rude. Stay away!
