So tonight I ordered 12 family meal. I didn't add anything to it...no drinks, desserts or extra sides. The menu said it was $30.99 for the 12 piece family meal with 3 large sides and buicuts, but I was charged $44 and some change. I didn't get given a receipt either no asked if i wanted a receipt. It was about 8pm or there about when I went in. I'm not going to ever go back if they are going to charge more than their menu says. Ordered apple bites, they were 5 hours old. Cook didn’t want to make fresh. Very bad attitude. Ordered extra crispy chicken but came mushy. Must have been cooked hours earlier. I would rather wait for fresh cooked at the time of order. Please fix this issue too improve customer satisfaction and business.
New manger and good food.
First they didn’t have original recipe and didn’t ask if I was willing to wait. I get home and have Mac n cheese instead of potatoes and gravy. While waiting at the window sone employee was complaining about needing to cook more!
