Solid three*. Food was not as fresh as it should be but still edible. Slow service time in receiving the order but cashier was nice. The location could use a facelift but not dirty. They also FORGOT my Cole Slaw 😖
They have used promo signs with prices they set and will not honor it. Nothing on the app that they suggest is the correct price, like 5 dollar sandwich or pot pies etc, they ALWAYS have a higher price. *Edit* They are now advertising that they have lower prices on the marquee. I don't notice any. But what I do notice? Trying to use the app will allow you to use a 25 percent off coupon for a chicken sandwich combo. BUT USING IT WILL JACK THE PRICE UP! The food was KFC. Exactly as you think it will be. Some hot, some warm, my gravy not on the side like I asked, but I didn't mind that much. Overall, the staff were friendly but awkward. They definitely seemed understaffed and like they needed some more help in there, but I could tell they were doing their best. The inside was very clean and taken care of and the restrooms were locked. Staff had to let you in to the restroom but they were clean and smelled good.
Again like the 6th time in a row they've got things wrong asked for plates didn't get plates asked for sauce no sauce app said free bucket of chicken with purchase wouldn't follow through with the coupon family loves kfc but this location needs to do better
