We stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes, no one even acknowledged we were standing there. It's not like, no one seen us they just walked by. Finally asked one of them if anyone worked at the front counter, the older lady said " we are busy and short handed, you are just going to have to wait a while". Probably been standing at the counter for 15 minutes now, no other people in the restaurant, and 2 cars in the drive thru. We saw at least 5 workers. Chicken was tasteless? So was mash and gravy.. it was the original chicken
Ordering through the KFC app is hardly worth any rewards or benefits. Be prepared to show your order number from the app when you go in to pick up your order. One of the reasons I like to order via apps is that it reduces the chances of my order being misunderstood or keyed in incorrectly. Unfortunately, that doesn't mean your order still won't be messed up. At this location, you're better off just going through the drive thru and using the very generous coupons KFC sends in the mail instead of messing with the app.
The works was really rude and had attitude and making ppl wait to oder two ppl walked out they stood there for 30 mins then they just walked out
I had no complaints about the food tonight. The dining room left a lot to be desired. The floors were sticky, the tables were mostly dirty. I can understand that if the dining area was crowded but there were the two of us and one couple at another table. Were were there shortly before 5:00pm so I sincerely doubt that they had just finished a rush in the dining room. Very disappointed in performance tonight.
