Been there twice in the last month. The most recent visit was at 8:48PM was asked to go to the drive thru instead of eating in. First trip this month, same issue. The lobby is open until 10:00pm. The male manager was super busy, in his defense, it was him and another employee working. No others. Drive thru at that time had 2 cars. I asked for the corporate number, he snarked, get it online. All around absolutely terrible experience. My daughter got the wrong order and they wouldn't even switch it out along with the manager having completely horrible manners and being rude. I have had several other people complain that this KFC is going down the drain fast! All the employees over at Walgreens have had awful experience with this fast food location as well. Corporate really needs to come in and clean house at that kfc, they are going to drive that place out of business with the team they have working there current... read more
Rude Staff
My first time ordering from this restaurant and I get home which is 35 minutes from there to find out I didn’t even get the right order not too happy. Don’t think I’ll be going back.
