Visited on 2/23/25. Ordered 4 pcs of original chicken, fries. biscuits. The chicken was overcooked., dark brown in color, fries old, bread hard. I tried eating but got increasingly frustrated. So I returned to the store, spoke with the manager, Renee who was very unprofessional. I requested a refund for my order, she stated they did not give money back and kept saying that I ate the chicken. There were 2 pieces of chicken untouched, and the third piece half eaten.
