I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received on July 28th. I came in to order popcorn chicken, and at no point did the associate inform me that popcorn chicken was no longer on the menu. Instead, she took my order without confirming it or repeating it back to me. I later discovered that I had been given two chicken pot pies—an item I did not ask for. Went and order food from here customer service was rude at the window and my wife sandwich was not fully cooked chicken was pink inside just terrible never eating here again.
