Went through the drive through at lunchtime. Took 15 minutes to get to the ordering kiosk, there were only two people ahead of me, and another 10 minutes to get our order! The lady taking my order was rude, I got the taco party pack, I mistakenly called it the “taco twelve pack” (my bad). She said “you mean the party pack?! This is by far the slowest Tacobell/Kfc I have ever been to. I have been here 5 times and EVERY time I’m sitting for almost 20 minutes. I have never gotten an order made correct.
I been wanted KFC for long time so I beg my husband to stop by today and I was very disappointed with the food and service my chicken wings were only you can tell by the color and Mac and cheese were old too will never stop by again very disappointed
This entire place just needs to close to be honest. Nothing good to say. Food was gross. Service was poor.
Sigh....Can this place ever get things right? 20 minute waits in the drive through. With an empty lobby!
