Over 30 minutes to enter drive thru until delivery
3rd time trying this KFC. Very dysfunctional. My order was simple. Took forever. Restaurant dirty. Food was okay, as I'm not really a picky person. I miss the KFCs from my younger days that were well run with better service.
Me and the wife went to KFC thru the drive thru was there about 30 minutes no one was in front of us. Waiting for a hour to get are food. Then when we got home the food was cold. Will never go back there again. I won't waste my time of telling people to go there that how horrible it was.
These people working here are just very very loud and speak a lot about inappropriate topics to the public. We came for chicken not filthy chats..
