I visited this KFC around 3 p.m. and attempted to order through the drive-thru. I was told I needed to come inside even though the drive-thru was open. This has happened more than once. Not everyone is able to walk into the restaurant, and requiring customers to come inside creates accessibility concerns for people with disabilities. Fast service and equal access should be available to all customers. I hope management addresses this issue and ensures the drive-thru is used consistently during normal business hours.
Great customer service. The food was nice and HOT. Staff was great.
Stopped by the drive-thru after work in the rain. When I got to the window, the manager refused to take my order and said I had to get out and come inside—no exceptions. Disappointing customer service and no willingness to go the extra mile. This is why Chick-fil-A remains the standard for customer service. You are at your risk coming to this KFC
