Decent store but unorganized. Food was towards the low end in quality.
Monday Sept 8th 2025 in between 8:30-8:45pm: Customer service here is always great and on point, the team is always the sweetest! Tonight my cashier was Jordan (drive-thru) and he was awesome. He didn’t rush me while I was ordering, which I really appreciate, and he was super friendly at the window. My order came out fast and correct. Honestly, I don’t understand the negative reviews, every time I’ve come here the service has been quick and the staff has been amazing!
The only reason I ordered online was for the potato wedges. I got half a container of regular fries. You might as well have canceled the order.
Was craving a couple of pieces of the original. Hadn't had KFC in years. Unfortunately, it was dry and barely warm. I'm sure it had been sitting way too long. The colonel would really be disappointed. Won't be back.
