service is bad , took almost 30 min to get food and its empty ,inside looks old , dirty , gloomy and mold at the top of the ceiling. like how do people eat in an atmosphere. we wont be coming back

Tuesday special, chicken strips $10.00. I looked at my receipt when I got home and was charged $12.00. Ordered a $20.00 special and requested original chicken and received crispy. The eating area always needs cleaning. The soda section is disgusting, and the roof leaks when it rains. There is too much yelling by employees and not enough working.. I can not comprehend why it is so difficult for the employees to use proper language skills.
