⭐☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service. I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this KFC (1300 Gulfgate Center Mall) was unacceptable. The manager/cashier on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. When my order was delivered incorrectly, instead of calmly fixing it, she immediately started yelling at me in front of everyone, accusing me of being “rude” when I was only asking for what I paid for.
