Went here to think after a daysl work I was getting some fresh and hot food but instead received some cold old food and I also stated I wanted my food fresh. After waiting almost 20 minutes the young lady brought the food out and acted as if it was fresh and it was already late I discovered my food not fresh and I called the number on the website and the number on receipt and can't reach anyone to voice my concern. The food was okay. It was ready when I got there. I ordered online. But, the service was horrible. When I arrived at the establishment, the cashier didn't even say hello or try to help; he just stood in front of me without saying a word. When I asked for my receipt, he simply said "no" rudely, and when I asked for some honey, he just tossed it at me in a rough manner.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a KFC. I placed a pick up order in advance for 30 minutes. Upon arrival the order was not even started and main item I ordered was apparently unavailable. I settled for an alternate choice which wasn’t that big of an issue. Despite the advance on the order, it still took around 20 minutes to receive my order and i still was missing my side item and my drink that apparently wasn’t available once I made them aware of everything I was missing.
