Today the food was fresh, delicious and the chicken was not dry.
Staff and manager had a very crappy attitude and after waiting to get our meal because it was getting "cooked", turns out the chicken was raw. Super disappointed.
Every single time I’ve come to this KFC, I’ve placed my online order way ahead of time. Show up, and then they tell me to drive around the building and come back in 5 minutes. And sometimes when we do that- they tell us to do it AGAIN. what is the point of a drive - thru, if it takes 40 minutes, and 3 loops around the building. The service and food is not worth the wait around. We recommend going to literally any other KFC in Miami dade county.
