KFC has always been my favorite fast food restaurant but my experience at this particular establishment was horrible. First the guy at the drive thru told me they were out of legs. Ok, I order 2 wings, 2 biscuits, & a side of gravy with a drink. Total was $13 & some change. The chicken wings had less meat on them than a newborn mouse. One of the biscuits had Mac & cheese sauce on it. Barf. Never again.
I usually stop by this location on my way home from work around usual dinner times. You can't have a specific order in mind when you go because they are always out of fried chicken. Sometimes no breasts, sometimes no thighs, often none at all. Staff is unprofessional and have no idea how to run a restaurant. Telling customers " We have 2 pieces of fried chicken and it will be 30 minutes until we have more" is inexcusable at a restaurant known for fried chicken. In short save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
Ordered a big meal didn’t get my two mac & cheese and coleslaw and when you call their number no one picks up and I’ve called over 30 times says user busy and then hangs up
They Never provide everything you order . Something will be missing or completely incorrect.
