Terrible service, dirty & run down facility, terrible food! You now must order your own food at a kiosk. It they have what you ordered your order will still be wrong. Employees are bottom of the barrel in every way. Dinning room and what you can see of the kitchen are gross. There just is nothing good about the place.
Workers are ignorant and have no customer service skills I get it if your overwhelmed with a drive thru line and a line of customers waiting it might take a little extra longer but 45 minutes for 3 things and there was maybe one other person that came in who also waited 30+ minutes for 2 tacos. Do better.
Ive eaten here before and it was ok. Tonight was horrible. The chicken was over cooked to where the crust could almost break teeth. I love salt & this was so salty it made me sick. I ate my meal, my friend just threw his away. I doubt ill return. Also, it was freezing in the restaurant.
