I really try to avoid this location, something is always wrong & the wait time long. My kid begged for KFC tonight, another disaster ! The gravy was put in the bag sideways & the cover wasn't on properly, it leaked through the bag and all over my car seats ! Whom should I send the cleaning bill to ?

My husband was door dashing tonight & Pam made his experience horrible . First he arrived 10 minutes to close to grab a door dash order, to be told by Pam that it wasn’t even started yet and that he needs to take a lap around the drive thru again. He proceeded to drive back through a couple minutes later, and Pam told him they were still waiting on the food and to pull off to the side that she would inform him when it was ready.
