I wouldn't waste money here ever again. The food was horrible, I asked for fresh chicken tenders and those things were so hard I could break a window with them.
The man at the window was rude ! I drove up and said Hello and he started making me feel bad for greeting him. His name was Everett . I will never go back there again. Definitely needs training for customer service.
Hot good chicken no one does it like KFC does and it's good
Went to the drive through order 16 pieces of chicken only took about 10 minutes to get my order and when I got home we realized that the order only contained chicken thighs and a few pieces of chicken legs. How is that the associate did not say that they only had thighs and legs. Very disappointed with the service we received, will not go back to that store ever again. They can keep their chicken.
This was the worst chicken ever it was dry and my just got there around about 12 o'clock so it's just opening I don't understand why it's so overcooked and so dark. They knew that it was wrong for that cause they won't even answer the phone but I'm gonna get my money back on tomorrow and I'm not saving my piece of chicken and so they can see this mess. cause I'm not going to go all the way up there I'm in Newport news
