Cashier was very unprofessional when she couldn't find the Kids Menu tenders on the register and loudly requested the assistance from someone in the kitchen to help find it on the register. I requested Honey Mustard with those tenders; did not receive it. I had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy as my side; received French fries. French fries were overly salted. i requested Honey Mustard with

Fried chicken did not taste right. The chicken had too much salt. The meat was greasy. I cooked the chicken again. There was nothing original about this chicken. I have no complaints about the chicken sandwiches, but that bucket chicken ...

This is the last time we will go to this location. The service today was pitiful. Went through the drive thru and place our order which included 2 chicken pot pies. Was told it was a 20 minute wait. We were then instructed to park in the front of the building and the order would be brought to the vehicle. It took 50 minutes and they never brought the order out. This is the 3rd time I've gotten food here. It's on my way home from work. This is also the 2nd time I've had very bad service. The first time I didn't get all my food. This time they forgot my drink, large sides were half full, the biscuits have what appears to be mold on them, and the manager was rude. I tried calling the store for an hour and a half but they're not answering. Mind you, it's now snowing. And I order to feed 6 people and spent $65.
