Waited in the drive thru for at least 10 minutes. No other people in line. The person assisting the window said she forgot I was there.Paid $45.00 for 2 $20.00 bucket meals, the chicken was supposed to be original but was not and it had a terrible aftertaste . Had to throw it all away. My family luckily had leftovers from the night b4. Everyone that I spoke to about the particular KFC said the food was horrible and the service wasn't good either. I will be reaching out to Corperate soon.
Good customer service
Every time I go to KFC, the drive thru is slow. They be having one person at the window and will still make you wait. The food sucks sometimes as well.
