If it wasn’t the fact that I had points to use, I would never go to KFC again nothing but bad experience after bad experience this time ordered online for 6 PM. Finally got my order around 620 because they was waiting on my hot wings to get done too bad they didn’t wait to make my chicken sandwich because that was cold by the time I got to eat it’s always something with KFC. Great food!
Portion sizes have definitely gone down. Same price but small size.
I went through the drive thru during lunch. The chicken in the chicken little sandwich was extremely small and tasted just ok. The mashed potatoes had little lumps throughout. Not sure how this happens and they are charging nearly $4.00 for a side of mashed potatoes now. It wasn't an enjoyable meal for what I paid.
