Upon entry, a foul odor reminiscent of sewer conditions permeates the restroom area. The restaurant flooring is slippery and soiled with food debris. Coleslaw and Pepsi were unavailable, and cashier service was unprofessional. Trash receptacles were inadequately positioned, and tables and booths were unclean and sticky. I will not return to this KFC location.
They forgot the biscuits, the chicken was soggy.
Cold food slow service. Requested refund was denied. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Took so long to recieve the wrong/cold foods.
